Adam A. Juslen, Child Pornography, Wisconsin 2025
A 41-year-old registered sex offender from Waushara County, Wisconsin, has been indicted for possession of child pornography, according to a federal indictment.
Adam A. Juslen, of Waushara County, was charged with possession of child pornography, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2252A(a)(5)(B) and 2252A(b)(2), on August 12, 2025.
According to the indictment, Juslen possessed several sexually explicit images depicting children under the age of 8 years old.
Juslen was previously convicted of possession of child pornography in three state cases in Calumet County (2010), Waushara County (2014), and Outagamie County (2015).
If convicted of the federal charge, he would face a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years' imprisonment and a maximum of 20 years' imprisonment.
This case was investigated by the Waushara County Sheriff's Office with assistance from the Wisconsin Department of Justice - Division of Criminal Investigation. It will be prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Alexander E. Duros.
This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse launched in May 2006, by the U.S. Department of Justice.
An indictment is only a charge and is not evidence of guilt. The defendant is presumed innocent and is entitled to a fair trial at which the government must prove him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
