Albert Perry Shreve, III, Methamphetamine Distribution, West Virginia 2021
A Randolph County man has been sentenced for his role in distributing methamphetamine in the area.
Albert Perry Shreve, III, 43, of Elkins, West Virginia, pleaded guilty in February 2022 to one count of Distribution of Methamphetamine.
According to court documents, Shreve admitted to selling methamphetamine in Randolph County in April 2021.
The case was investigated by the Mountain Region Drug Task Force and prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Stephen D. Warner.
Chief U.S. District Judge Thomas S. Kleeh presided over the case.
Shreve was sentenced to five months of home confinement, the result of his guilty plea. The exact date of the sentencing is not specified in the press release.
