A Pennsylvania landlord has been accused of sexual harassment after allegedly touching a female tenant's body without her consent and attempting to kiss her.
According to the complaint, Allen Woodcock, the owner and manager of rental properties in Oil City, Pennsylvania, engaged in the abusive behavior in April 2019.
The Justice Department has filed a lawsuit against Woodcock and his wife, Heidi, alleging violations of the Fair Housing Act.
The lawsuit, which was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, seeks monetary damages to compensate the victim and a court order barring future discrimination.
