An investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, New Haven Police Department and Connecticut Department of Correction led to the arrest of Andre Johnson, also known as ‘Cuzz Crip’ and ‘Cuzzy Blue,’ 30, of New Haven, in connection with a federal firearm charge.

According to court documents and statements made in court, on February 28, 2019, law enforcement conducted a controlled purchase of a handgun and extended magazine from Johnson in exchange for $900.
