Brandon F. Allen, Bank Fraud, Wyoming 2020

A 31-year-old man from The Bronx, New York has been sentenced to 18 months in prison for bank fraud in Wyoming.

Brandon F. Allen was arrested in Casper, Wyoming for bank fraud and conspiracy to commit bank fraud. He received 18 months of imprisonment, to be followed by 60 months of supervised release, and was ordered to pay a $200.00 special assessment with restitution to be determined within 90 days.

The FBI investigated this case.

Allen's sentencing date was January 9, 2020, and he was arrested in Casper, Wyoming.
