Brandon Graves, Fentanyl and Cocaine Trafficking, Kentucky 2025
A Nicholasville man, Brandon Graves, 33, has been sentenced to 66 months imprisonment for his role in a fentanyl and cocaine trafficking operation.
According to court documents, Graves was found to be in possession of 81.563 grams of fentanyl, 287.98 grams of cocaine, 40.872 grams of crack cocaine, 1.819 grams of methamphetamine, and 17.588 grams of psilocybin, along with $18,833 in cash, when law enforcement executed a search warrant at his residence on May 14, 2025.
The investigation, which was conducted by the DEA and Nicholasville Police Department, uncovered a significant amount of evidence linking Graves to the trafficking operation.
Under federal law, Graves must serve 85 percent of his prison sentence. Upon his release from prison, he will be under the supervision of the U.S. Probation Office for 4 years.
The case was prosecuted by Ron Walker, Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
The Nicholasville Police Department, along with the DEA's Louisville Field Division, jointly announced the sentence.
Graves was charged with possession with intent to distribute 40 grams or more of fentanyl and possession with intent to distribute 28 grams or more of cocaine.
The charges against Graves are a result of a thorough investigation by the DEA and Nicholasville Police Department.
