Muskogee Man Faces Serious Consequences After Methamphetamine Distribution Guilty Plea

Brandon Jevar Pittman, a 32-year-old man from Calhoun City, Mississippi, has made a significant mistake that will now come back to haunt him. In a shocking turn of events, Pittman has pleaded guilty to possessing with intent to distribute methamphetamine in the Eastern District of Oklahoma.

The investigation, led by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and the Drug Enforcement Administration, resulted in Pittman being indicted in June 2014. This marked the beginning of a long and arduous process for the defendant, who now faces the harsh reality of his actions.

According to the indictment, on or about March 6, 2014, Pittman knowingly possessed with the intent to distribute 50 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine, a Schedule II Controlled Substance.
