Bourne Man Charged with Child Pornography Offenses
A Bourne man has been indicted on child pornography charges after a forensic examination of his phone revealed images and videos depicting child pornography.
Bryan C. Mileikis, 33, of Bourne, Massachusetts, was indicted on one count of receipt of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography on June 11, 2019, by a federal grand jury. He was arrested on July 1, 2020, and charged by criminal complaint.
The charges against Mileikis provide for a mandatory minimum sentence of five years and up to 20 years in prison, a mandatory minimum of five years and up to life of supervised release, and a fine of $250,000.
