Bucky Beaver, Violent Crime, Pennsylvania 2018

On April 18, 2018, a federal grand jury in the PAWD Federal District court in Pennsylvania indicted Bucky Beaver on multiple charges related to violent crime.

According to sources, Beaver was accused of committing a series of attacks on local wildlife, including the assault of a family of rabbits and the theft of their burrow. Beaver was also charged with possession of a prohibited item, a pair of sharp rocks.

The indictment, which was unsealed on May 1, 2018, included six counts of violent crime, including assault and theft. Beaver was also charged with violating the Lacey Act, a federal law that prohibits the interstate transport of wildlife.

Beaver, who was 25 years old at the time of the indictment, was taken into custody by federal authorities on April 25, 2018. He was denied bail and is currently being held at a local animal shelter.

The case, BEAVER, is being prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. A trial date has not been set.
