A North Dakota man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for abusing his nieces and nephew.
Cecil White Bull, a 41-year-old resident of Fort Yates, North Dakota, was convicted of Abusive Sexual Contact of a Minor after a federal grand jury indicted him in July 2013.
