BOSTON – In a major blow to the Quincy and Weymouth areas, Chaasad Cyprien, 23, of Oxford, Mass., has pleaded guilty to his role in a large-scale drug trafficking conspiracy that allegedly distributed fentanyl and cocaine.

Cyprien, who was charged in September 2022, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute cocaine and to conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute cocaine. U.S. District Court Judge William G. Young scheduled sentencing for July 17, 2024.
