El Dorado Man Sentenced to 15 Years for Methamphetamine Trafficking

A federal court in El Dorado, Arkansas, sentenced Charles ‘Marty’ Permenter, 56, to 180 months in federal prison for his role in a conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. The sentence was handed down by Judge Susan O. Hickey on an unspecified date.
