Charles R. LUNDIS, Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, West Virginia 2023

A sex offender who moved from Pennsylvania to West Virginia has been indicted in federal court for failing to register. Charles R. LUNDIS, age 64, of Weirton, West Virginia, was charged with “Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.” LUNDIS faces up to 10 years in prison.
