Christopher Adam Jensen-Tanner, Wire Fraud, New Mexico 2024
ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico - Christopher Adam Jensen-Tanner, 45, former owner of Roswell Escrow Services, Inc., was convicted of a wire fraud scheme.
The scheme, which took place from January 2017 through October 2019, involved Jensen-Tanner making false representations to clients about how their funds would be held or spent.
As a result of the scheme, Jensen-Tanner used clients' funds for personal purposes on numerous occasions.
Jensen-Tanner was previously sentenced to 46-months in prison for wire fraud on July 25, 2024.
A restitution hearing has been scheduled for Jensen-Tanner on September 18, 2024, at 1:30 PM at the U. S. Courthouse located at 100 N. Church Street, Las Cruces, New Mexico 88001.
