Christopher Vuiller, Child Pornography Offenses, Pennsylvania 2022

YORK, Pennsylvania - A York County man is accused of exploiting children for his own twisted desires. Christopher Vuiller, age 38, of York, Pennsylvania, was indicted by a federal grand jury on child exploitation charges, announced United States Attorney Brian D. Miller.

According to the indictment, between 2022 and 2025, Vuiller knowingly received dozens of images and videos containing the sexual exploitation of children. The indictment further alleges that Vuiller possessed several devices that contained child pornography depicting the exploitation of prepubescent children and children younger than 12 years of age.

Vuiller's crimes, if found guilty, would result in a maximum penalty of 20 years of imprisonment, a mandatory minimum term of 5 years' imprisonment, a term of supervised release following imprisonment, and a fine.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation investigated the case. Assistant United States Attorney Stephen W. Dukes is prosecuting the case.

This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative launched in May 2006 to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse.

The indictment alleges that Vuiller knowingly received and possessed child pornography, a federal offense that carries severe consequences. Vuiller's actions, if found guilty, would result in a prison term, a fine, and supervised release. The case serves as a reminder of the importance of protecting children and holding perpetrators accountable for their crimes.

Vuiller's indictment is a step towards justice, but the case is far from over. The court will ultimately decide Vuiller's fate, and if found guilty, he will face the consequences of his actions.
