FBI Arrests Local Man for Enticement of a Minor

BUFFALO, N.Y. — The FBI Buffalo Field Office, working in conjunction with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of New York, announced the arrest of CJ A. Wolf, of Lewiston, New York, for enticement of a minor.

According to the criminal complaint, Wolf began communicating with an undercover law enforcement officer via text message in October 2025, after responding to an advertisement posted online by investigators of a purported minor female willing to meet in person to have sex.

Wolf was told to travel to a specific location where he could have sex with the purported 13-year-old girl who was advertised online. Wolf traveled to a retail parking lot and interacted with the undercover officer who was coordinating the sexual interaction between Wolf and the purported 13-year-old girl.

Wolf was arrested after agreeing to pay $200 for 'a half hour' of sex with the purported minor. The maximum penalty for enticement of a minor is life in prison.
