Clarence Thomas, Possession with Intent to Distribute Heroin and Fentanyl, Pennsylvania 2022

A 29-year-old resident of Pittsburgh's Fineview section has admitted to engaging in a string of illicit activities. Clarence Thomas, a convicted felon, pleaded guilty to one count of Possession with Intent to Distribute Quantities of Heroin and Fentanyl and one count of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon in a federal court.

The charges against Thomas stem from a search warrant executed by City of Pittsburgh Police on November 10, 2019. Officers discovered a stash of heroin, fentanyl, cocaine, crack cocaine, and marijuana, as well as a stolen Ruger pistol at Thomas's residence.
