Rapid City Man Sentenced for Failure to Register
Rapid City, South Dakota - A Rapid City man has been sentenced for failing to register as a sex offender. Cody Grass, 35, was sentenced to 8 months in federal prison, followed by 5 years of supervised release, and ordered to pay a $100 special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund.
