Coweta Resident Pleads Guilty To Possessing Child Sexual Exploitation Material
In a shocking turn of events, Cody Michael DeGraw, a 30-year-old resident of Coweta, Oklahoma, has pleaded guilty to possessing child sexual exploitation material, punishable by up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
The indictment alleged that between December 20, 2023, and February 27, 2025, DeGraw knowingly possessed visual depictions of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct, which he accessed with the intent to view.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Department of Homeland Security’s Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) into DeGraw’s activities.
