Crime: Unlawful Possession of a Firearm

In a shocking turn of events, 45-year-old Dale Lee Sharp of Elkins, West Virginia, pleaded guilty to illegally possessing a firearm, announced United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II.

Sharp, who was previously convicted of a felony offense in Randolph County, admitted to possessing a .380 caliber pistol, .270 caliber rifle, .30-30 caliber rifle, and a 12-gauge shotgun in February 2016.
