Damon Mciver, Violent Crime, Maryland 2006

In 2006, Damon Mciver, a resident of Maryland, found himself at the center of a federal criminal case that would captivate the nation. On May 24, 2006, Mciver was charged with multiple offenses related to violent crimes that took place in the state of Maryland. The case, Mciver v. United States, was heard at the Maryland District Federal Court. Mciver was accused of committing these heinous crimes that shocked the community.
