David Christopher Stallings, Gun & Drug Possession, North Carolina 2018

Grimy Times has learned that David Christopher Stallings, a 33-year-old man from High Point, North Carolina, has been charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession with intent to distribute oxycodone.

According to the indictment, Stallings was previously convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year and possessed a Titan .25 caliber handgun and an AM-15 .223 caliber rifle on March 6, 2018.

Stallings faces a maximum term of 20 years imprisonment if convicted of possession with intent to distribute oxycodone, and a maximum term of 10 years imprisonment if convicted of felon in possession of a firearm.

In addition to prison time, Stallings may also face a term of supervised release of not more than 3 years, a fine not to exceed $250,000.00, and a mandatory special assessment of $100.00.

The indictment was returned by the grand jury on May 28, 2019, as part of a coordinated effort among federal, state, and local law enforcement to reduce repeat violent and gun-related crime in High Point.
