Methamphetamine Conspiracy Lands Texas Man in Prison for 96 Months
A Texas man has been sentenced to 96 months in prison for his role in a methamphetamine trafficking conspiracy that took place in Baldwin County, Alabama, during 2016 through 2018.
David Kenneth Martin, 37, of Midland, Texas, pled guilty to the conspiracy charge in May 2020. United States District Court Judge Terry F. Moorer handed down the sentence, which also includes a five-year term of supervised release and a mandatory special assessment of $100.
