Muskogee Man Faces 10 Years Imprisonment for Firearm Charge
A 20-year-old Muskogee man has pleaded guilty to using, carrying, and discharging a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence. David Neil Dunn, Jr entered the guilty plea to Use, Carry, and Discharge of a Firearm During and in Relation to a Crime of Violence, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 924(c)(1)(A)(iii), punishable by not less than 10 years imprisonment to run consecutive to any other term of imprisonment imposed, a fine up to $250,000.00, or both.
The crime is alleged to have taken place on or about October 9, 2019, within the Eastern District of Oklahoma. According to court records, the defendant knowingly used, carried, and discharged a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence for which he may be prosecuted in a court of the United States.
