A federal grand jury in the Middle District of Alabama has returned a superseding indictment charging Delshay Astor with the alleged murder of a woman in February 2022.
According to the indictment, Astor is accused of committing the murder in the Middle District of Alabama. The superseding indictment also charges Joel Christy with assisting Astor to avoid apprehension.
The superseding indictment charges Astor with one count of murder in aid of racketeering, and Christy with one count of aiding and abetting Astor to avoid apprehension.
