A 24-year-old Arizona man has landed in serious trouble after pleading guilty to possession with intent to distribute fentanyl in Oklahoma. Devier Tamon Washington, 24, of Arizona, entered a guilty plea to one count of Possession with Intent to Distribute Fentanyl in the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
On March 29, 2022, Washington knowingly possessed 400 grams of fentanyl, a Schedule II controlled substance, with the intention of distributing it. The charge against Washington arose from an investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Roland Police Department.
