Tax Evasion Charge Rocks Pennsylvania Community

HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania - A local woman has been charged with tax evasion, leaving many in the community shocked and concerned.

According to the United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, Diane M. Fabian, age 67, of Middletown, Pennsylvania, was charged in a criminal information on July 5, 2018, with tax evasion.

The information alleges that from 2011 through 2015, Fabian filed tax returns that understated her income, resulting in a total tax due and owing to the United States of $45,100.
