Donschee Ricky Montrell Foster, Child Pornography, Florida 2026

A 33-year-old Pensacola man has been charged with federal child pornography crimes, including possessing obscene material and being a registered sex offender while committing the crimes.

Donschee Ricky Montrell Foster, 33, of Pensacola, Florida, was indicted by a federal grand jury on one count of possession of obscene material, one count of possession of child pornography, and one count of being a registered sex offender while committing child exploitation crimes.

According to the indictment, Foster remains in the custody of the United States Marshals Service at the Santa Rosa County Jail, pending a jury trial scheduled for April 6, 2026, at 8:30 am before United States District Court Judge M. Casey Rodgers.

He faces a mandatory minimum 20 years' imprisonment if convicted.

The case was investigated by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Homeland Security Investigations, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, the Escambia County Sheriff's Office, and the Pensacola Police Department. Assistant United States Attorney David L. Goldberg is prosecuting the case.

An indictment is merely an allegation by a grand jury that a defendant has committed a violation of federal criminal law and is not evidence of guilt. All defendants are presumed innocent and entitled to a fair trial, during which it will be the government's burden to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt at trial.

The case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse. Launched in May 2006 by the Attorney General and led by the U.S. Attorney's Offices and the Criminal Divisions Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section (CEOS), it marshals federal, state, and local resources to better locate, apprehend, and prosecute individuals who exploit children via the Internet, as well as to identify and rescue victims.
