Dustin Bruce Moran, Methamphetamine Distribution, West Virginia 2018
A Tucker County man has been sentenced to over 17 years in prison for his involvement in a methamphetamine distribution operation.
Dustin Bruce Moran, 34, of Parsons, West Virginia, was sentenced to 210 months of incarceration for his role in the operation. The sentencing took place on an unspecified date, but the crime occurred on April 2018 in Randolph County.
Moran pled guilty to one count of 'Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine.' He admitted to having more than 50 grams of methamphetamine at the time of the crime.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Brandon S. Flower prosecuted the case on behalf of the government. The Mountain Region Drug & Violent Crimes Task Force investigated the operation.
U.S. District Judge Thomas S. Kleeh presided over the sentencing.
