Dwight J. Williams, Gun Possession, Washington 2023
A 40-year-old Seattle man, Dwight J. Williams, was sentenced to 37 months in prison for illegally possessing a loaded 'ghost gun.'
According to a press release from the DOJ USAO Middle District Alabama, Williams was previously convicted of being a sex offender who failed to register and absconded from community supervision.
The sentencing took place on January 2023 in U.S. District Court in Seattle.
First Assistant U.S. Attorney Charles Neil Floyd announced the sentencing, citing Williams' illegal possession of a loaded 'ghost gun.'
