Convicted Drug Dealer Flees Halfway House

ALBANY, NEW YORK - In a shocking turn of events, Dyshawn Fisher, a 29-year-old resident of Troy, New York, has pleaded guilty to escaping from the Horizon House Residential Reentry Center on October 1, 2024.

According to authorities, Fisher was serving a 75-month prison sentence for numerous felonies, including possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime and possession with intent to distribute controlled substances.
