Passport Fraud Scheme Unfolds in Massachusetts

Boston, MA - A sinister plot to deceive the U.S. government has come to light with the indictment of Eliseo Rivas, a 41-year-old El Salvadorian national.

Rivas faces a serious sentence, including up to 10 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and a $250,000 fine. Sentences are imposed by a federal district court judge based on the United States Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.
