According to Acting United States Attorney Bruce D. Brandler, Agustin-Arita allegedly re-entered the country sometime after his deportation and was found in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. Immigration officers attempted to examine or inspect him, but he eluded them.

The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced the indictment, which was handed down by a federal grand jury.
