Felix Nkongho, a resident of Maryland, stood trial in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, Case No. Nkongho, on multiple charges related to violent crime.
According to court documents, Nkongho was indicted on September 29, 2021 on charges of Conspiracy to Commit Robbery and Brandishing a Firearm During a Crime of Violence. The incidents, which took place in 2020, allegedly involved Nkongho participating in a string of armed robberies across the Baltimore metropolitan area.
Prosecutors presented evidence that linked Nkongho to the crimes, including eyewitness testimony and forensic evidence obtained from the crime scenes.
On February 10, 2022, Nkongho pleaded guilty to the charges. As part of the plea agreement, he agreed to cooperate with federal authorities in their ongoing investigation into the armed robbery ring.
