Frailyn Argueta-Jeronimo, Re-Entry of Removed Alien, Louisiana 2025
A 25-year-old Guatemalan man, Frailyn Argueta-Jeronimo, has been indicted for re-entry of a removed alien in Louisiana.
According to the indictment, Argueta-Jeronimo was found in the United States on March 27, 2025, after being previously deported on February 6, 2020.
Argueta-Jeronimo, also known as Frailyn Argeta-Jeronimo, faces up to two years imprisonment, a fine of up to $250,000, up to one year of supervised release, and a mandatory special assessment fee of $100.00 for re-entry of a removed alien.
Acting U.S. Attorney Michael M. Simpson reiterated that an indictment is merely a charge and that the guilt of the defendant must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
This case is part of Operation Take Back America, a nationwide initiative that marshals the full resources of the government to repel the invasion of illegal immigration, achieve the total elimination of cartels and transnational criminal organizations (TCOs), and protect our communities from the perpetrators of violent crime.
Acting U.S. Attorney Simpson praised the work of the United States Border Patrol in investigating this matter. Assistant United States Attorney Carter K.D. Guice, Jr. of the General Crimes Unit is in charge of the prosecution.
