On June 14, 2007, a federal indictment was filed against Frank Mancuso in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. The case, known as USA v. Frank Mancuso, or MANCUSO, was categorized as a Violent Crime.
The charges against Mancuso included various violent crimes, including kidnapping, carjacking, and the use of a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence. According to reports, the charges stemmed from a series of violent incidents in the Philadelphia area in 2006.
