Gavin Collins, Production of Child Pornography by Person Having Custody or Control, West Virginia 2023

Gavin Collins, a 30-year-old Newell, West Virginia, man, has been brought to justice for producing child pornography.

According to a recent plea agreement, Collins admitted to producing child pornography with a minor in his custody from September 2018 to July 2020 in Hancock County.

Collins faces a minimum of 15 years and a maximum of 30 years in prison for his crime, and he may be fined up to $250,000.
