ALBANY, New York - Gregory Kurzajczyk, 69, of East Durham, New York, has been accused of distributing and receiving child pornography. According to the United States Attorney's Office, Kurzajczyk faces at least 5 years and up to 20 years in prison for the crime.

Kurzajczyk pleaded guilty to distributing and receiving child pornography, a crime that involves the creation, distribution, and possession of explicit material featuring minors. This crime is a serious offense that affects not only the victims but also their families and communities.
