Hawthorne Crime, Violent Crime, New Jersey 2013

On July 10, 2013, the U.S. Department of Justice filed a federal criminal case against Robert Hawthorne in the New Jersey District Federal Court.

Hawthorne, a resident of New Jersey, was accused of committing a violent crime. The charges against him included robbery, assault, and the use of a firearm while committing a crime.

According to court documents, the case against Hawthorne began in January 2013, when he allegedly robbed a convenience store in Newark, New Jersey. During the robbery, Hawthorne allegedly used a handgun to threaten the store clerk.

As part of his plea agreement, Hawthorne also agreed to forfeit any property related to the commission of the crimes, including the handgun used during the robbery.
