Henry A. Glenn, Methamphetamine Distribution, Florida 2026
PENSACOLA, FLORIDA - In a shocking turn of events, Henry A. Glenn, 47, of DeFuniak Springs, Florida, has been indicted in federal court for one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine over 500 grams of mixture, three counts of distribution of methamphetamine over 50 grams of mixture, and two counts of distribution of methamphetamine.
Glenn, who made his appearance in federal court for his arraignment before United States Magistrate Judge Zachary C. Bolitho, faces up to life imprisonment if convicted as charged.
The case is being jointly investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Walton County Sheriff’s Office. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Christopher C. Patterson.
An indictment is merely an allegation by a grand jury that a defendant has committed a violation of federal criminal law and is not evidence of guilt. All defendants are presumed innocent and entitled to a fair trial, during which it will be the government’s burden to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt at trial.
This case is part of Operation Take Back America, a nationwide initiative that marshals the full resources of the Department of Justice to repel the invasion of illegal immigration, achieve the total elimination of cartels and transnational criminal organizations (TCOs), and protect our communities from the perpetrators of violent crime.
Glenn’s jury trial is scheduled for May 4, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. before District Court Judge M. Casey Rodgers in Pensacola, Florida.
Henry A. Glenn, 47, of DeFuniak Springs, Florida, is currently in federal custody pending his trial. If convicted, he faces up to life imprisonment.
