Herschel Hersch, Violent Crime, Pennsylvania 2018

In a shocking turn of events, Herschel Hersch, a 35-year-old resident of Pennsylvania, was indicted by a federal grand jury in August 2018 for his involvement in a violent crime. The case, HERSCH, was filed in the PAED Federal District court on August 21, 2018.

Hersch was charged with two counts of attempted murder and one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. According to court documents, Hersch had a prior conviction for a violent crime, which made it illegal for him to possess a firearm.

The investigation, led by the Pennsylvania State Police, revealed that Hersch had shot at two individuals on separate occasions, narrowly missing them both times. The motive behind the attempted murders was reportedly a dispute over a business deal gone sour.
