Hilario Garcia-Miranda, Illegally Re-Entering U.S. After Deportation, Pennsylvania 2023

Pittsburgh, PA - A Mexican national has been sentenced to 15 months in prison for violating U.S. immigration laws. Hilario Garcia-Miranda, 39, was found to be working as a cook at the Cheesecake Factory in Ross Township, Pennsylvania, without permission to re-enter the country.

According to court records, Garcia-Miranda was previously deported from the United States on March 28, 2003, after being convicted of an aggravated felony in the State of Oregon. However, he was found to be present in the U.S. again on December 29, 2017, working at the Cheesecake Factory at Ross Park Mall in Ross Township.
