TULSA, Okla. - Hilario Lucas Mendoza, a 42-year-old Guatemala national, was sentenced to 12 months in prison for unlawfully reentering the United States, announced U.S. Attorney Clint Johnson.
Mendoza was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Sara E. Hill for Unlawful Reentry of a Removed Alien. According to court documents, Judge Hill ordered Mendoza to serve 12 months imprisonment, followed by one year of supervised release.
