Isaiah Daniel Lambert, Meth Possession Conspiracy, Alabama 2022

A notorious meth supplier has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for his involvement in a large-scale methamphetamine distribution operation in Alabama.

Isaiah Daniel Lambert, 43, of Gainesville, Georgia, was sentenced on May 27, 2022, in federal court in Mobile, Alabama, for his role in a conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine ice.

According to court documents, Lambert was identified during an investigation that began in 2016 in Baldwin County, Alabama, which involved a confidential informant making a controlled purchase of methamphetamine ice from him.

The investigation, which involved the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office, the Baldwin County Drug Task Force, the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, revealed that Lambert was the source of supply for methamphetamine ice for at least 13 defendants who were arrested and prosecuted in federal court.

Court documents also revealed that Lambert traveled to Baldwin County and Pensacola, Florida, to transport drugs and pick up drug money, resulting in the distribution of approximately 152 kilograms of methamphetamine ice.

Lambert pleaded guilty to the conspiracy charge in July 2021 and was sentenced to 15 years in prison, with five years of supervised release following his imprisonment. As conditions of his supervision, Lambert will undergo mental health counseling, testing and treatment for drug and/or alcohol abuse, and will be subject to a search of his person and premises upon reasonable suspicion.
