Isiah Lyons, Methamphetamine Conspiracy, Massachusetts 2026
Massachusetts Man Sentenced to 11 Years in Prison for Methamphetamine Conspiracy
Isiah Lyons, a 30-year-old member of the Asian Boyz gang, was sentenced to 11 years in prison for conspiring to distribute counterfeit pills made with methamphetamine that resembled the prescription medication Adderall.
Lyons, also known as “Tank,” a/k/a “Rozay,” was convicted of conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute 500 grams and more of methamphetamine. He was sentenced by U.S. District Court Senior Judge F. Dennis Saylor, IV on January 6, 2026.
The investigation into the Asian Boyz gang began in 2021 to disrupt the manufacturing and distribution of substantial quantities of methamphetamine pills impacting Lowell. Lyons profited from the illegal sale of methamphetamine pills by brokering deals for bulk quantities of the pills, which he called “oranges” and “adds.”
Between December 2022 and February 2023, Lyons joined a conspiracy to sell the pills in 1,000 pill units, which he called “g packs.” Lyons and his co-conspirators sold four “g packs” containing an estimated 4,000 pills and weighing 1.3 kilograms of methamphetamine. Unbeknownst to Lyons, one of the pill customers was an undercover agent.
Lyons sourced the pills from a co-conspirator he paid $1,000 for the “paccs,” booking a $250 profit for each deal he brokered during the conspiracy. To sell the methamphetamine pills, Lyons partnered with two Asian Boyz gang members who were part of the gang’s extensive drug network. They conspired in person and using encrypted messaging applications like Signal.
Lyons told one of his fellow co-conspirators that the price of the pills was $1,250 for the “pacc” – spelled specifically with two “c’s” as a way of acknowledging their common Crips gang affiliation. The case is part of Operation Take Back America, a nationwide initiative that marshals the full resources of the federal government to repel the invasion of illegal immigration, achieve the total elimination of cartels and transnational criminal organizations, and protect our communities from the perpetrators of violent crime.
United States Attorney Leah B. Foley; Ted E. Docks, Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Boston Division; and Greg C. Hudon, Superintendent of the Lowell Police Department made the announcement today. Valuable assistance was provided by the Massachusetts State Police and the Billerica, Haverhill, Methuen, North Andover, and Salem Police Departments. Assistant U.S. Attorneys Fred M. Wyshak, III and David Cutshall of the Criminal Division prosecuted the case.
