NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA – On June 25, 2026, JAEQUAN BAILEY, age 31, pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 922(g)(1) and 924(a)(8), announced United States Attorney David I. Courcelle.
According to the press release, Bailey's guilty plea was the result of an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office.
The charges against Bailey stem from his possession of a firearm, which is a violation of federal law for a convicted felon.
