A South Bend man was sentenced to 97 months in prison for distributing a significant amount of methamphetamine in the region.
According to documents in the case, Jalen Pearson, 31, of South Bend, Indiana, had pleaded guilty to distributing 5 or more grams of methamphetamine. Pearson was sentenced by United States District Court Judge Damon R. Leichty on an unknown date.
According to the documents, in June 2023, Pearson distributed approximately 3 pounds of a high-purity methamphetamine for nearly $7,000.
