Arnold, PA Man Pleads Guilty to Distributing Fentanyl and Accepts Responsibility for Causing a Man’s Death

In a shocking turn of events, Jarrel Williams, a 32-year-old resident of Arnold, Pennsylvania, pleaded guilty to distributing fentanyl, a highly addictive and potent opioid.
