Muskogee, Oklahoma - Henryetta resident Jason Mance Van Orsdol, 47, has been sentenced to 15 months in prison for making threatening interstate communications.

The charge arose from an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

Wilson. “The U.S. Attorney’s Office stands firm in its commitment to support law enforcement partners who risk their lives daily securing the rights and safety of the public.

The Honorable Ronald A. White, Senior Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, presided over the hearing.
