La Grange, NC - In a shocking revelation, Jeremy Dwight Lane, a 38-year-old resident of La Grange, North Carolina, has been charged with ten counts of receipt of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography, according to sources.

The indictment, handed down by a federal grand jury in Greenville, alleges that Lane received at least ten images containing visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct between an unknown date and June 12, 2017. Furthermore, the indictment claims that on June 12, 2017, Lane was found to be in possession of digital media containing images and videos involving minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

If convicted, Lane faces a statutory minimum sentence of 5 years' imprisonment and a maximum sentence of up to 20 years per count. Additionally, he would face up to a lifetime of supervised release following any term of imprisonment.
